Enchanted-Gifts pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 3-5 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 7 working days, please contact us.
How Your Order Is Processed:
1. You can pay by sending us a cheque or postal order. You can pay us by direct Bank Transfer by prior arrangement. You can also pay by using Paypal. Anybody with a bank account can open a Paypal account - it is very easy and quick to do at www.paypal.co.uk
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES MUST BE PAID BY PAYPAL.
2. Shortly after receiving your order we send you a confirmation e-mail.
3. Your order is prepared for shipping and posted to you by the delivery method you requested at checkout. For UK buyers that means 1st.Class, 2nd.Class or Recorded delivery. Overseas has only one option - Internationally Signed for Delivery.
4. If an item is not in stock we will let you know immediately.
POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGES: Enchanted Gifts' shipping is the fairest around, being based totally around Royal Mail's charges. UK buyers will see a choice based on Royal Mail's latest rates for 1st.Class, 2nd.Class or Recorded Delivery for all items up to their maximum weights. Parcel delivery will then take over in the same way for heavier orders. Overseas orders will be set at Royal Mail's rate for internationally signed for delivery, thus giving the buyer immediate assurance on their purchases.
All items are weighed and the charge will be according to the weight of your order. The weight of each item is visible in the description. Where many items are purchased your order is added up by weight and calculated according to the total weight of your parcel.
The quote for ALL orders will be in British pounds. We do not accept payment in any other currency. We will only accept payment through Paypal for all overseas orders. We do hope to offer more facilities in time. We do not accept liability for loss or damage in transit for overseas orders.
MARKETS For all our market customers. Anything you wish to purchase from our shop, please email us to let us know which item it is and arrange for pick up from the market. Do not go through checkout.
RETURNS We inspect and where possible, test everything before we ship so you will not be disappointed. We also ensure your order is well packed to prevent damage in transit. However, if you do receive something from us that doesn't work or is damaged when you receive it, then it's simple; we will put it right for you (usually by replacement). All we ask is that you contact us first and let us know what the problem is and we'll then give you instructions on how the return should be made. You must keep all original packaging until we have issued return instructions. It is very rare that a customer needs to send something back. However, if your received goods are not as we described them on our website or are not fit for the purpose for which they were sold, then we will accept them back for a refund or exchange within 7 days. The only proviso is that the returned goods must be in exactly the same condition we sent them to you, unopened, unused, undamaged and with any seals or shrink wrap still intact. Because we go to great pains to make our descriptions and photography accurately represent what we sell, we regret that we cannot refund any postal charges. We also advise you to send any returns very well packaged to prevent damage and use a recorded delivery method (so we sign for their receipt). We cannot accept liability for goods you send back which are not received or are damaged in transit. If an item returned to us is found to have had a fault then we will return the postage you were charged. Please do not let any third party tamper, meddle with anything and then return to us. We regret due to hygiene we are unable to exchange earrings.
