Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

c) We do not wish to conduct business with you
Which ever way we will notify you immediately.
GUARANTEE: In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty, please return within 5 days for replacement We accept returns for damage or if the item is not as described only and not for any other reason.
BACK ORDERS:We attempt to remove all items from the website as soon as we sell out - if you can see the product you want on the website it is usually in stock and can be shipped immediately! You will be contacted by Enchanted Gifts in the event of any query or delay.
